The really good news is, this is the first project coming from a new partnership between
ICDL and
Affect Autism.
ICDL was founded by Dr. Stanley Greenspan to develop and teach the ideas and strategies of DIR/Floortime. Affect Autism was created by a parent in Ontario who trained in DIR/Floortime training, so she could help parents and caregivers apply the DIR model with children they love.
These sessions will use an online meeting format in order to remain interactive and to provide everyone with instant feedback that you can then apply in your own Floortime with the children you care for, and help you take steps to move them up the developmental ladder to reach their highest potential.
